The Deathwish Video DVD booklet
was a collection of everything that
made up what Deathiwsh is. From
behind the scene photos to array
of ads. Jim and Eric had a great idea
of incorporating a timeline of all the high jinx.

We included a bunch of never made
board graphics and all the board
series we did up to the video.
Closing out with our Last Supper photo
and a message from the bosses. The one
thing I couldn't include was the pop-up
page. So you'll have to go out and grab the
video to see that.
